What happens to my SmartStart system if I cancel?

Because SmartStart includes hosted software, automations, CRM features, communication tools, and ongoing infrastructure, those services will no longer remain active once your subscription ends.

Before cancellation, we can help you understand what information or assets can be exported or transferred.

Will I lose my contacts and customer information?

You’ll have an opportunity to export the business data available from your account before the service is closed. We recommend completing any exports before your cancellation becomes effective.

Can I downgrade instead of canceling?

Yes. If your business no longer needs all the features in your current plan, you may be able to move to a lower SmartStart plan instead of canceling completely.

Are setup fees refundable if I cancel?

No. All SmartStart setup fees are non-refundable. The setup fee covers the initial strategy, design, configuration, integrations, and implementation required to build and launch your system.

You can cancel your monthly subscription according to the cancellation terms, but the initial setup fee is not refunded.

What if I already use different apps for calls, email, booking, and leads?

That is actually one of the problems SmartStart is designed to solve.

Instead of constantly jumping between disconnected tools, SmartStart brings your lead management, conversations, bookings, follow-up, pipeline, and tracking into a more centralized system.

Will SmartStart replace my current website?

Not necessarily. If your existing website is working well, it can remain in place while SmartStart handles the systems behind it.

Depending on your plan and what your business needs, we can also improve your existing setup, build dedicated funnels, or develop a new website.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope! You just pay a monthly subscription based on the plan selected, and you can cancel it anytime.

What are AI, phone, and email expenses?

AI, phone, and email expenses are small usage-based charges for the tools SmartStart uses to communicate and automate tasks.

This can include AI conversations, phone calls, text messages, email sends, and call forwarding. Costs vary based on usage, so you only pay for what your business actually uses.

Are there any additional costs?

Yes. In addition to your monthly subscription, there is a one-time setup fee of $500 for Essentials and Growth, or $1,250 for SmartStart Pro.

There is also a compliance and regulatory fee for the registration of your dedicated business phone number (A2P-10DLC), and depending on your plan, there are some small usage-based costs for services such as AI, phone calls, text messages, and email, which vary depending on how much your business uses them.

Your domain registration is also separate from the SmartStart subscription and is typically renewed annually.

These costs are kept separate so you only pay for the additional usage your business actually needs.

Is this really all I need to start my business?

Pro is built for businesses that need a more complete digital infrastructure, including full website development, ongoing SEO content, AI tools, advanced automation, lead nurturing, and enhanced reporting.

Do I have to build or set anything up myself?

No. SmartStart is a done-for-you service.

Our team handles the setup, integrations, automations, funnels, CRM, tracking, and other included features. You’ll also receive training so you know how to use your system once it is live.
